Nursery Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities
As the new Nursery Practitioner, you will be supported in your work in a family-run and friendly work environment. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Welcome children and families, providing daily updates on their child

Maintain a safe, stimulating, age-appropriate environment

Complete observations, planning, and reports for key children
-
Support children’s development with knowledge of EYFS
-
Record accidents and administer medication following policy
-
Uphold safeguarding standards and company policies
-
Attend all required training courses and stay up-to-date with best practices
-
Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care
-
Maintain professionalism and respect at all times
Skills and Experience Required for the Nursery Practitioner Job
We offer complete support to develop your skills, with training provided by the senior members of our team and support with learning new qualifications. We do, however, ask that you have:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare

Knowledge of the EYFS framework
