The Baby Unit at Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery
Our Baby unit can accomodate a maximum of 18 babies aged between 3 – 16 months at a ratio of 1:3.
Our Baby unit offers a cosy home from home environment with a large carpet area. As well as a separate dining and sleeping area. The spacious bright rooms offer a variety of age appropriate stimulating toys. Babies also have access to a separate outdoor area ideal for free flow. In addition to the nurseries extensive outside areas. Every baby is nurtured and cared for by our experienced and dedicated baby unit team. We work closely with the parents to follow routines ensuring a smooth transition and home from home environment.
The Toddler Unit at Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery
Our Toddler unit can accomodate a maximum of 18 Toddlers aged between 16 months and 2 years at a ratio of 1:3
Our light bright Toddler rooms offer a vibrant environment with free flow access to their own decking areas. In addition to our extensive well equipped gardens ideally suited for the inquisitive toddler. Both room’s offer a variety of stimulating age appropriate resources, planned activities and tactile experiences. Ensuring every child thrives and develops to reach their full potential. Our dedicated Toddler unit team support and encourage every child’s next steps, self help skills and communication.
The Tweenie Unit at Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery
Our Tweenie unit can accomodate a maximum of 32 children aged between 2 years and 3 years at a ratio of 1:4
Our Tweenie unit offers high quality care over 3 rooms. Each room is equipped with a variety of age appropriate resources designed to excite, challenge and assist development. Ensuring every child reaches their full potential in a stimulating and friendly environment. Both rooms have access to our large outdoor gardens as well as a free flow decking area used as an extension of the classroom learning environment.
The Pre-School at Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery
Our Pre-School, the Woodlands can accommodate a maximum of 32 children aged between 3-5 years at a ratio of 1:8.
Our large Pre-School offers a learning rich environment both inside and outside of the classroom with full access to the gardens, soft play and sensory room. Each environment is fully equipped with a variety of age appropriate resources and planned activities, as well as a wide range of literacy and mathematical resources.
The friendly secure and stimulating environments inspire and encourage ever child individually to enhance their knowledge and blossom enabling them to become happy, inquisitive and confident children.
Dedicated and passionate staff constantly challenge children to explore, learn and progress by offering a rich and varied range of exciting activities designed to bring the Early Years Foundation stage to life.
