Whats new…..?

In June Steve celebrated his first Birthday with some fresh strawberries and watermelon. Steve our Syrian Hamster has become a very popular member of the Team and can often be found enjoying his daily roam about in his ball.  Pets provide great learning opportunities for a child, teaching them the importance of caring for a pet as well as providing them with responsibilities.

Our newly refurbished playground offers a stimulating role play environment for all encouraging gross motor development and friendships as well as language and communication development.

Awnings have been fitted to both the Toddler rooms and Baby room to ensure that the decked areas can be used whatever the weather.

With Summer just around the corner, we have replenished lots of our outdoor equipment. Including new sand and water toys, balls and  a variety of new resources for our construction zone.

The Abbey Wood Express has pulled into the station! The new addition to our garden offers excellent role play and communication opportunities.
